Health and Fitness Day On Roosevelt Island NYC Saturday, May 14 10am – 5pm   Health & fitness awareness day for residents and pets! Tavi & Friends -and- Mindful Tails will be offering TTouch, Reiki and other holistic services to attendees, as well as showcasing our adoptable animals (pics only!)   Take the Tram to the Island for a fun day and learn how your and your pets can stay young, healthy and happy! Tavi & Friends at Old Westbury Gardens Dog Days in the Gardens    We'll be demonstrating TTouch techniques for canine attendees... and showcasing our adoptable rescues (pics only!)   Also, games, activities, agility and AKC CAnine Good Citizen testing.  Specialty vendors and exhibits by animal welfare and rescue groups.     Bring your dog for an invigorating walk and healthy exercise at Old Westbury Gardens.  Designated garden areas only and your dog must be leashed.  Come for a fun day!
